Beautiful setting with perfect g view of cathedral rock and 10 min walk to secret slick rock to view cathedral rock. Troy was flexible with check out time to allow us to squeeze in a jeep tour on our departure day. Hot tub was clean and hot. Coffee maker was divine.

Troy’s place was so tranquil! We woke up to great bird watching and enjoyed a stunning sunset every evening. The space was clean and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook there all weekend. Definitely plan on returning!

We came down to Sedona for a quick staycation and birthday celebration and the Sedona Oasis was ideal! If you want to enjoy Sedona’s trails without the crowds but still want the views, then this place is perfect. We went hiking and mountain biking right from the place. No need to fight traffic to get some of the best trails if you stay here. Bonus! Outdoor tub on the patio for peaceful soaking.

We had a wonderful stay. Troy is extremely helpful. His clear and detailed messages to us as soon as we made the booking were very informative and made us feel very welcome and of course had us excited.
The home is beautiful and its proximity to Cathedral rock is an added plus.
We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! The location was perfect, walking distance to beautiful hikes. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and the jacuzzi was the perfect temperature. Troy was friendly and easy to communicate with.

My husband and I stayed here a few days before a wedding in Scottsdale and had an AMAZING time! The property was so unique and I felt at one with nature. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! I scoured Airbnb for the best place for the value to stay in Sedona, and feel so fortunate that I picked Troy’s place! It checked every box and then some! The place itself was clean, nice amenities, comfortable beds, amazing location close to beautiful hikes with Cathedral Rock views out the front. Troy was amongst the best hosts we’ve ever had. He gave us the best recommendations with great instructions to get the most out of our Sedona trip. He was highly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Troy’s studio. He was very communicative with us and responded quickly. He gave us very clear directions, and good recommendations for food and hikes in the area. We would love to stay again in the future

I would recommend staying at Sedona Sanctuary! We enjoyed the short walk to watch the sunset, and we did drive to Chavez creek....park and walk as the road is rutted and rocky but the creek is clear and there's a nice path to walk along.
